Quality = Focus x (Skill + Process + A bit of luck)
This is why the goal of iliaca is to help all kinds of creatives, artists and storytellers find focus in a world flooded by digital distractions.
The tools I sell here are tools created to help to improve focus either by removing distractions or by increasing clarity. What I'm sharing are tools I've used and that I've found helpful, sometimes slightly adapted to be as easy to learn and use as possible. What would it mean to you to be able to easily evaluate and manage all your tasks and spend more time on creative work? Following the famous principles of the “Eisenhower Matrix” with this minimalist poster and post-it notes makes this possible!
Available in three different sizes
Supposedly, the US president Dwight D. Eisenhower once said that “The most urgent decisions rarely are the most important.” The Eisenhower Matrix is a task management strategy inspired by this quote and was designed to create a framework for helping us get away from just just being reactive and “putting out fires” while at work and instead focus on what creates real value.
The Eisenhower Matrix urges us to evaluate tasks based on their urgency and importance and place them in the right quadrant of the framework.
We too often value being busy rather than being of value, and probably the best way of being of value is to do what you do best. Removing distractions, and things that creates friction, so that you can focus on your strengths, on your high value work, while not being forced to produce low quality because of time constraints, is important. Not only for economic reasons, but also for self-satisfaction and for being able to spend more time with those closest to you. This is what the Eisenhower Matrix is made for.
You can find find them in several colors by searching for "Eisenhower Matrix Journal" in your online bookstore of choice!

Peter Hertzberg
visual storyteller, martialartist & creator of iliaca
I'm Peter Hertzberg, a visual storyteller and martial artist and a person who has struggled with my concentration and being able to focus during most of my life. Through spending a lot of time studying and trying out different methods and tools, I've learned to improve my focus and awareness. I started iliaca to share things I've learned so that hopefully it can help someone else as well.
You will not find "The Secret of Super Focus and Productivity of the Super Rich" or what ever here. There are no secrets and no magic bullets. What I'm sharing are tools I've used and that I've found helpful, sometimes adapted to be as easy to learn and use as possible. I believe that you can improve focus either by removing distractions or by increasing clarity. In iliaca we go analogue to help to create focus in a world of digital distractions by creating tools that help create focus in our work. because I believe that focus is our most valuable skill today. Because:
"Quality = Focus x (Skill + Process + A sprinkle of luck)"
Do I use all these tools myself all the time? No, I don't. I find that while one tool or strategy works well for one type of work it doesn't always work as well for others. That being said, I have used all the tools I'm selling here, and others, and I'm only sharing what I believe is helpful.
Curious about my other work?
I publish my comics and picture books through OMOiOMO and have my personal site HERE.

You're in bad luck! iliaca doesn't have any social media accounts as it feels like it would be opposing the goal of iliaca.
